Training Times
Training times can change therefore it is best to use the contact us page.
If you want to start rowing with us then if you are an adult (over 16 years old) then please come to the "club row". If you are under 16 please you can start rowing with the juniors. We meet outside the lifeboat station at Rock dinghy park at the time specified. It is advisable to contact us before you come just to make sure the rowing times are correct (as they do change).
